IT Recruitment Consultant
The Company: Michael Bailey Associates is an International IT/ICT Staffing Company present in the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. Annual sales are currently over €100 million and we currently have over 700 consultants working on projects throughout Europe.
From our office in Eindhoven, we are planning to target the Nordrhein-Westfalen market as one of our major growth markets in 2010.
In order to achieve our ambitious plans we are looking for young and dynamic sales focused individuals to join our team of IT Recruitment Consultants.
Key areas of responsibility
* To provide clients in the Nordrhein-Westfalen region of Germany with ICT Contractors
* Generation of new business via cold-calling
* Regular Travel within Nordrhein-Westfalen to visit clients
* To match candidates to clients' job requirements, ensuring that the candidate is technically qualified for the role
* To develop and maintain relationships with both new and established clients
* Negotiation of charge rates with clients
* Negotiation of pay rates with ICT Contractors
Training In order to realize the potential of all our employees we believe that it is absolutely vital that all our Sales and Resourcing staff receive training in all areas of the recruitment cycle.
We invest heavily in our staff through an Industry leading training programme, which is both structured and practical. For the entire duration of the training period, 5 weeks, you will be based in Eindhoven.
Location Initially Eindhoven, the Netherlands for the first 6 to 8 months. Once the office is established it will move to Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen
Candidate Background/
Experiences Minimum 12 months experience in recruitment or Business to Business Sales.
Highly self-motivated and a self-starter.
Ability and experience of working in a results driven environment
Languages Required: Business Fluent level of German, good knowledge of the English language and preferably Dutch speaking skills.
